Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VeneerVibe collects, why we use it,
when it may be shared and the privacy choices available to you.

Privacy at a glance
VeneerVibe publishes independent information, reviews, research and
comparisons about removable, snap-on and pop-on veneers. We do not sell
veneers, manufacture veneers or provide dental treatment.
We may earn compensation if you follow certain links and purchase from
a third-party provider. Affiliate compensation does not determine our
rankings, scores or editorial conclusions.
Analytics and advertising measurement tools may help us understand
visits, advertising performance, website interactions and outbound clicks.
Some advertising or tracking activities may nevertheless be legally
treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain
US state privacy laws.
You may manage non-essential cookies, opt out of certain advertising
uses and unsubscribe from promotional emails.

conversion time, order value or commission information without providing

7. Analytics and website improvement
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage.
Depending on configuration and your privacy choices, Google Analytics
may process device and browser information, approximate location,
pages viewed, sessions, referral information and website interactions.
We use the resulting reports to improve content, navigation, website
performance and our understanding of how people find VeneerVibe.
You can learn more at
Google’s partner-sites privacy page
.
Google also provides a
Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
.
Microsoft Clarity
We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with
VeneerVibe through information such as clicks, scrolling, navigation
and session-level website behaviour.
Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies. We use this information
to identify usability problems and improve website design and content.
We configure sensitive fields to be masked where supported. You should
not submit medical records, payment information or other highly sensitive
information through VeneerVibe.
Microsoft’s handling of information is described in the
Microsoft Privacy Statement
.
Website testing
We may test layouts, headlines, calls to action or other website elements.
Test allocation and interaction data may be used to understand which
version performs more effectively.
We use these results for website and editorial optimisation, not to make
decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about
individual visitors.
8. Advertising, conversion measurement and affiliate tracking
Visitors may reach VeneerVibe through organic search results, Microsoft
Advertising, Google Ads, social platforms, referrals, email or other
websites.
Microsoft Advertising
We may use Microsoft Advertising and its Universal Event Tracking
technology, commonly called UET, to measure visits and actions associated
with Microsoft advertising campaigns.
Depending on our configuration, your privacy choices and applicable law,
Microsoft Advertising may process information such as:
- Advertising click identifiers such as msclkid.
- Pages visited and landing pages.
- Browser and device information.
- Website interactions and conversion events.
- Campaign and referral information.
- Cookie or similar advertising identifiers.
We use this information to measure advertising effectiveness, understand
which campaigns generate useful website activity and improve our advertising.
Where enabled, Microsoft Advertising may also offer audience or remarketing
functionality. We use non-essential advertising functionality only where
permitted by applicable law and subject to the privacy choices available
on VeneerVibe.
Google advertising
We may also use Google advertising and conversion-measurement technologies.
These may process campaign parameters, Google advertising click identifiers,
website interactions and conversion information in order to measure
advertising performance.
Affiliate tracking
VeneerVibe contains affiliate links to independent third-party providers.
If you select an affiliate link, we may record information such as:
- The VeneerVibe page you visited.
- The affiliate link or offer selected.
- The time of the referral.
- The source or campaign that brought you to VeneerVibe.
- A referral or click identifier.
- Limited device, browser or geographic information.
The destination provider or affiliate network may use its own cookies,
identifiers and technologies to recognise the referral.
If a qualifying transaction occurs, the provider or affiliate network
may report conversion information back to VeneerVibe so that the referral
can be attributed and any applicable commission calculated.
When you follow an affiliate link, any purchase is made from the
independent third-party provider. Its own terms, privacy policy,
pricing, warranty, shipping and refund rules apply.
Affiliate compensation helps fund VeneerVibe. It does not give a provider
the right to control our rankings, VV Confidence Scores, reviews or
editorial conclusions.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures
involving advertising identifiers, cookies, pixels or cross-site activity
may legally constitute “sharing”, “sale” or processing for targeted
advertising in certain US states. Where applicable, you may opt out
using our privacy choices tool or a supported universal opt-out signal.
Health-related browsing information
VeneerVibe discusses cosmetic dental products, so some pages naturally
concern topics such as missing teeth, gum health, veneer suitability or
oral-health risks.
We do not knowingly use your interest in those articles to diagnose a
medical or dental condition, determine eligibility for healthcare,
insurance, employment, credit or housing, or make another decision that
produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We also do not knowingly sell consumer health information for money or
intentionally build advertising profiles based on a diagnosed medical
or dental condition.
9. Emails, subscriptions and price alerts
If you subscribe to a price alert, newsletter or other update, we collect
your email address, subscription choice and related delivery information.
Our email service provider may process this information on our behalf to
send messages, manage subscriptions, measure delivery and process
unsubscribe requests.
Promotional email sign-up is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time
by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting
info@veneervibe.com.
After you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record so that
we can continue to respect your choice and avoid accidentally adding the
address back to a promotional list.

information as allowed by their agreement with us and applicable law.

affiliate link, operate independently and determine their own privacy
practices.

relevant statutory thresholds are met, you may have rights concerning
your personal information.

- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Request access to certain personal information.

open our privacy preference panel and enable the relevant
“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option where available.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognised Global Privacy
Control or other supported universal opt-out signal as a request to opt
out of covered sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activity for the
browser or device sending that signal.
Universal opt-out signals are generally browser or device specific, so
you may need to enable them separately on each browser or device.
Submitting a privacy request
You may submit a privacy request by emailing
info@veneervibe.com
with the subject line Privacy Request.
Explain the right you want to exercise and the state in which you reside.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity
and locate relevant records.
If an authorised agent submits a request for you, we may request evidence
of that authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly where
permitted.

of appeal applies, we will explain how to appeal an applicable refusal.

- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Object to direct marketing at any time.

consent was withdrawn. Some rights are subject to legal limits and
exemptions.
To exercise a right, email
info@veneervibe.com
.
You normally do not have to pay a fee. We may request information
reasonably necessary to verify your identity and prevent unauthorised
disclosure.
Where UK GDPR applies, we aim to respond within one month, although that
period may be extended for a complex request where permitted by law.
If you are in the UK and remain concerned after contacting us, you may
complain to the
Information Commissioner’s Office
.
13. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary
for the purpose for which it was collected, including security,
reporting, legal, accounting, tax and dispute-resolution requirements.
Retention periods may depend on:
- The type, volume and sensitivity of the information.
- The reason it was collected.
- The settings available within the relevant service.
- Whether it is needed to provide a requested communication.
- The risk associated with continued retention.
- Applicable legal, accounting and limitation periods.
Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the
settings configured within the relevant platforms and may later be
deleted, aggregated or deidentified.
Contact enquiries are retained for the period reasonably necessary to
respond and maintain an appropriate business record.
Subscription information is retained while you remain subscribed.
Limited suppression information may be retained after you unsubscribe
so that we can continue respecting your preference.
Privacy-choice records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary
to remember and demonstrate the selection you made.
We may retain information for longer where reasonably necessary to comply
with law, resolve a dispute, establish or defend a legal claim, or respond
to a regulator or law-enforcement request.
14. International transfers
VeneerVibe is operated from the United Kingdom and primarily publishes
content for a United States audience. Some service providers, advertising
platforms, analytics companies, affiliate partners and other recipients
may process information in the United States or other countries.
Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your
location.
Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international
transfer, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism.
Depending on the recipient, this may include UK adequacy regulations,
the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, an International
Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual
clauses or another legally permitted safeguard.
The former EU-US Privacy Shield is not relied upon as a transfer mechanism.
You may contact us if you would like further information about safeguards
relevant to a particular transfer.
15. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures
intended to protect personal information against accidental loss and
unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Measures may include encrypted website connections, access controls,
software updates, security monitoring, backups and limiting access to
people and providers with a legitimate need.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely
secure.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, medical records,
dental records, government identification documents or other highly
sensitive information through ordinary email or VeneerVibe’s general
contact forms.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify affected
individuals or regulators where legally required.
16. Children, medical information and sensitive data
VeneerVibe is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed
to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children
under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us,
contact us so we can assess the situation and delete the information
where appropriate.
Our content discusses cosmetic dental products, but VeneerVibe is not a
healthcare provider and does not require your medical or dental records.
Please do not send diagnoses, treatment records, medical photographs,
insurance information or other sensitive health information through
general website forms or ordinary email.
A visit to an article may indicate an interest in a veneer-related topic.
We do not intentionally use such browsing activity to diagnose a health
condition or make decisions about insurance, employment, credit, housing
or eligibility for healthcare.
We do not knowingly sell consumer health information for money.
17. Third-party websites and embedded content
VeneerVibe contains links to independent veneer providers, advertisers,
retailers, affiliate partners, reference sources and social platforms.
A destination website may collect information when you follow a link,
create an account, request an impression kit, obtain financing or make
a purchase.
The destination website may set its own cookies and process information
under its own privacy policy and terms.
You should review the destination website’s terms and privacy policy
before providing personal, financial or payment information.
Embedded videos, social widgets or other interactive content may allow
the third-party provider to collect technical or usage information when
the content loads or when you interact with it.
Where required and technically supported, non-essential embedded content
may be restricted until an appropriate privacy choice has been made.
VeneerVibe is not responsible for the independent privacy practices,
security, terms, prices, products or services of third-party websites.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when VeneerVibe’s website functionality,
service providers, analytics systems, advertising setup, affiliate
tracking or legal obligations change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current
version was issued.
Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or communicated
through another reasonable form of notice where appropriate.
