Shiny Smile describes its veneers as dental resin. Its instructions allow eating and drinking, but advise avoiding hard or sticky foods and very hot drinks. Follow the care instructions to help protect your set.
TruSmile
TruSmile uses a semi-flexible material called co-polyester. Its FAQ says you can eat soft foods such as yogurt, applesauce or rice while wearing them, and recommends removing them for other meals. Its terms give stricter eating advice, so confirm the care instructions for your set.
