Snap-On Veneer Warranty and Refund Tracker
A long warranty does not automatically mean you can return your veneers for a full refund. Most custom providers deal with fit problems through adjustments or remakes, while cancellation and cash-refund rights may have much shorter deadlines.
This tracker explains the current published terms in normal language, including the action you may need to take, the deadline and the possible deductions. Policies can change, so save the terms shown when you order.
Cancellation, remake and refund are not the same
- Cancellation: stopping the order before the custom work reaches a restricted stage.
- Impression redo: taking another mold before the veneers are made.
- Remake: correcting or replacing a finished set.
- Refund: receiving money back, often after fees are deducted.
Always ask which option applies to your exact problem.
What to Check Before You Pay
The practical value of a policy depends on more than the headline. Check when the deadline begins, whether a finished custom appliance can be returned, how many corrections are included and what evidence the company requires. If you are still learning how custom veneers work, our impression guide explains why a usable mold is so important.

What the Policies Have in Common
Most providers cannot resell a finished custom appliance, so they prefer to correct the product instead of offering an ordinary retail return. This makes impression help and remake support especially important. If you have missing teeth, an unusual bite or very few stable teeth, read our missing-teeth suitability guide before relying on a warranty to solve a predictable fit problem.
A useful remake process can give the provider another chance to correct fit, shape or comfort without requiring a new purchase.
Fit concerns may need to be reported within 14 or 30 days, even when a separate warranty lasts much longer.
Hard foods, grinding, self-adjustment, accidental damage and changed teeth can remove warranty eligibility.
Before Starting a Claim
Contact the provider promptly and follow its instructions rather than attempting to alter the veneers yourself. Photograph the appliance in and out of your mouth, describe the exact problem and retain packaging and delivery records. If the issue began with the impression, explain which support instructions you followed.
If the veneers cause persistent pain, gum injury, a changing bite or pressure on unstable teeth, stop wearing them and get dental advice. Our safety guide explains the warning signs that should not be handled as a normal customer-service issue.
Warranty and Refund FAQ
Which provider has the best published protection?
Shiny Smile currently publishes the broadest combination among the direct online providers compared here: up to three free remakes, a three-year basic warranty and a separate conditional 60-day appearance guarantee. Each option has conditions and exclusions, so it is not an unconditional promise of a full refund.
Does a three-year warranty mean I have three years to report a poor fit?
Not necessarily. A long warranty may cover manufacturing defects or breakage while fit concerns have a much shorter reporting deadline. Read the fit, remake and warranty sections separately.
Can custom snap-on veneers be returned?
Sometimes, but rarely like an ordinary retail item. Some providers allow early cancellation, conditional returns or partial refunds after deductions. Others make all sales final and focus on adjustments or remakes.
What is the difference between an impression redo and a veneer remake?
An impression redo happens before manufacturing because the mold cannot be used. A remake happens after the finished appliance has been made and needs to be corrected or replaced.
Should I save the policy before ordering?
Yes. Save the warranty, refund, remake, payment and delivery terms together with the checkout offer. This helps show which wording applied on the date of purchase.
