1. Who we are

VeneerVibe is an affiliate-supported research, information and comparison website operated by KA Digital Marketing Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

References in these terms to “VeneerVibe,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean KA Digital Marketing Ltd in its capacity as the operator of veneervibe.com.

VeneerVibe is not a dental practice, dental laboratory, healthcare provider, veneer manufacturer or veneer retailer.

2. Using VeneerVibe

You may use VeneerVibe for lawful personal research and comparison purposes subject to these terms.

Our articles, reviews, quizzes and tools cannot assess your teeth, gums, bite, bone health or underlying dental conditions.

Our research may consider factors such as publicly available customer reviews, warranty terms, remake policies, pricing, transparency, stated materials, customer support information, product suitability information and other criteria relevant to consumers.

The VV Confidence Score™ is VeneerVibe’s own comparative methodology. It is not a clinical rating, safety certification, government rating, guarantee of product quality or prediction of how a particular product will work for you.

Rankings and scores may change when new information becomes available, provider policies change or our methodology is updated.

6. Affiliate links and compensation

VeneerVibe is funded in part through affiliate relationships.

Some links on the website are affiliate links. If you follow one of these links and complete a qualifying purchase or other action with the destination provider, VeneerVibe may receive a commission or referral payment.

In some cases, VeneerVibe readers may also be offered a price, promotion or benefit negotiated with a provider.

9. Quizzes, shade tools and other interactive features

VeneerVibe may provide interactive tools such as the Snap-On Veneers Suitability Quiz, Veneer Shade Matcher and other comparison or decision-support features.

These tools provide general informational results based on the answers you select and the assumptions built into the tool.

They do not:

• diagnose dental or medical conditions;
• confirm that you are clinically suitable for removable veneers;
• replace an examination by a dentist;
• guarantee that a particular veneer shade will suit your appearance;
• guarantee that a provider will accept your dental configuration; or
• guarantee a particular fit, appearance or product outcome.

How survey information may be used

We may analyse survey submissions and use aggregated or deidentified findings in VeneerVibe articles, statistics, research reports, comparison pages, charts and other editorial material.

Where you submit free-text comments or other content for publication, you grant KA Digital Marketing Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, edit for clarity or length, analyse and publish that content for VeneerVibe’s editorial, research and promotional purposes.

You retain any ownership rights you otherwise hold in your submission.

We will handle personal information associated with submissions in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.

We are not required to publish every submission and may remove or decline material at our discretion.

11. Copyright and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for VeneerVibe is owned by or licensed to KA Digital Marketing Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, where applicable:

• original tools and interactive features; and

You may view, share links to and print reasonable portions of VeneerVibe content for your own lawful, non-commercial use.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, you must not:

• republish substantial portions of VeneerVibe content on another website;
• sell, license or commercially exploit our content;
• remove copyright, source or attribution notices;
• present our original research or ratings as your own; or
• copy or reproduce our website at scale.

Third-party trademarks, company names, product names, images and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on VeneerVibe does not by itself indicate sponsorship or endorsement.

12. Acceptable use
